    Group Tour Inquiry

    Stephen F. Austin State University will be offering large group tours (capacity 21 to 100 students) to high schools during the spring semester on select Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11am.

    Please fill out the information below in order to request a large group tour. A representative from the Office of Admissions will reach out after reviewing your request.



    Note:

    High school groups with 20 or fewer students should email admissions@sfasu.edu.

    Group tours will only be offered to high schools. At this time the Office of Admissions is unable to offer group tours to elementary, middle, and junior high schools.

    Submitting this request does not guarantee the availability of the group’s preferred dates. SFASU will contact the group leader for alternate dates if needed.
    • The university can accommodate 100 students plus chaperones.
    • The tour will last for approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
    • Lunch is not included in the tour. The university will provide Information regarding dining accommodations once SFASU confirms the tour.
    • The campus tour will not be started more than 10 minutes early and may be shortened or cancelled for those arriving more than 10 minutes late.
    • Chaperones must remain with the group at all times and are responsible for addressing student behavior while on SFA’s campus.
    • The group will respect the facilities they use and will be held responsible for any damages that may occur to the facilities during their visit.
